Somewhere along the way, we grew up, and we forgot. We started thinking we were too cool to keep riding our bicycles, and we forgot. Boys and makeup and clothing and movies replaced dirty finger nails, and scraped knee’s, and water puddles and clouds we could turn into whatever we wanted. We grew up and we forgot about the wonder in this world, and we allowed the novelty of all things beautiful to somehow ware off.
I want to remember again.
I want that, no, I need that, back.
